With the rapid development of our society and the general improvement of people's economic level,people have put forward higher requirements for living indoor environment.The energy consumption of residential buildings has also become larger and larger with the rapid development of society.The Yangtze River Basin belongs to the hot summer and cold winter area,which needs air conditioning cooling in summer and the heating demand in winter.In the past,the area was a non-heating area.The existing heating and air-conditioning design manual contained relatively few contents of intermittent heating and air-conditioning loads in residential buildings,and did not systematically describe the characteristics of heating and air-conditioning loads in residential buildings.Based on the literature review of the residential buildings in the Yangtze River Basin,the characteristics of the heating and air conditioning load after season division are studied in this paper,hoping to provide a basis for the calculation of the intermittent heating and air-conditioning load of residential buildings.Firstly,the DeST software was selected as the research tool through the comparison of different simulation software.and then the accuracy of the calculation results DeST simulation software is verified.Secondly,through the analysis of the climate characteristics of the Yangtze River Basin,Chongqing,Shanghai and Hanzhong are chosen as typical cities for this study.At the same time,based on the literature survey of hot summer and cold winter area,the indoor heat disturbance(human body,lighting,equipment)mode of two typical family structures is summarized and established.Then it focuses on the residential heating and air-conditioning load in Chongqing area.Three kinds of energy-saving level residential buildings(early residential,energy-saving residential 1 and energy-saving residential 2)in Chongqing were simulated by using the software of DeST-h in five cooling modes in summer and three in winter.In addition,the fluctuation of the cold and heat load and indoor temperature of the bottom layer,standard layer and top room in different operation modes of early residential buildings in winter and summer are analyzed.The variation characteristics and differences of the cold and heat load and indoor temperature in different operating modes are analyzed.According to the seasonal division of the Chongqing area,the annual accumulative heating and air conditioning load indexes of different energy saving levels are given.Finally,the heating and air conditioning loads of the other two representative cities in the Yangtze River Basin(Shanghai and Hanzhong)are simulated.This paper presents the cumulative heating and air conditioning loads of residential buildings in Shanghai and Hanzhong in four kinds of intermittent control modes in summer and winter in three different energy-saving levels throughout the year,and calculates the annual cumulative heating and air conditioning load indexes of residential buildings in Chongqing,Shanghai and Hanzhong Analyzed and compared.The simulation results show that the cumulative load of intermittent operation is less than the cumulative load of continuous operation.Compared with the early residential buildings,the two energy-saving residential buildings have achieved energy saving effect to a certain extent.The conclusion of this paper will provide some reference value for the design of heating and air conditioning load for residential buildings in Yangtze River area.
