With the continuous development of China’s infrastructure construction,bridge construction is also in fast development.Since the reform and opening,the cable-stayed bridge by its beautiful shape,reasonable structure has been widely applied to all kinds of road engineering.This article mainly Wu Zhi to Yuntaishan highway super-large cable-stayed bridge across the south-to-north water transfer project as the background,mainly introduces the following contents:1.Development brief cable-stayed bridge,cable-stayed bridge construction control method,analyzing the characteristics of the background of engineering design,construction,set for the proper construction control scheme;Analyzed the main factors influencing the precision of construction control,established for cable-stayed bridge construction control analysis and early warning system in the project.2.The finite element analysis model is established for this project,mainly construction stage and analysis and calculation of main girder deformation and internal force of construction stage,pillar offset and suspension cable force,etc.Given girders prefabricated camber of pillar,the deviator and initial cable tension.3.This paper introduces the linear control method of main girder of cable-stayed bridge,the bridge tower bridge,bridge stress monitoring,deviation control suspension bridge cable force control and temperature control in the construction process of concrete implementation;Analyzed the matters needing attention and monitoring results of each control factor,and give the final into bridge,stress state of the whole bridge linear,cable force and bridge tower deviation of measurement results.The results show that the Wu Zhi to yuntai mountain highway south-north water diversion project of construction monitoring and control of the large bridge the desired effect,suspension cable force,main beam line and elevation,cable tower horizontal offset and control section stress monitoring results meet the specification and design requirements.At the same time,in the construction monitoring of the completed bridge state,the bridge deck elevation data,such as operation management provides important information for the future.
