| Environmental deterioration problems of some counties in our country are increasingly serious,which are caused by development of industrialization,urbanization and rural modernization.For this reason,our country has been carrying out activities of establishing national ecological garden counties,and each province is also successively carrying out activities of establishing provincial level ecological garden counties.However,in standard of ecological garden county of each province,it still takes green space construction of county build up area as main examination point.As a result,using this standard to guide ecological garden county construction can’t get expected benefits.Therefore,this article vividly describes how to optimize provincial level ecological garden county standard;it takes the evaluating indicator system optimization of ecological garden county of Hebei province as research example,and on the basis of optimizing it,researching how to guide the construction of ecological garden counties,and it raises specific planning strategy.Chapter one of this article introduces not only research background,aim and meaning,but also relative concepts,research contents,methods,and framework,Chapter two firstly describes the connotation,feature of county ecological system,and its function in county construction;then it introduces connotation,feature of ecological garden county;Then it describes the status of ecological garden county construction,and on this basis,it summarizes the future aim of ecological garden county construction.Chapter three first divides ecological garden counties of Hebei province into different types,and on this basis,through analysis,the Chapter points out problems on each aspect.Referencing city green space comprehensive evaluation standards of EU countries,China national ecological garden city standard,and relevant evaluation indicator system,it concludes the indicator of optimization inspiration of ecological garden county of Hebei province.Next,it pre-selects the primary indicator of ecological garden county standard of Hebei province,and it introduces the selection principle for ecological garden county indicator;adopting Delphi analysis method to construct ecological garden county standard of Hebei province;utilizing level analysis method to determine the indicator weight proportion of different levels,and finally the optimized ecological garden county standard of Hebei province is formed.Chapter four first not only introduces general conditions of Huailai county,and each aspect status of ecological garden county construction,but also summerizes problems existing in each aspect of construction;secondly,the chapter researches the short comings of former ecological garden counties of Hebei province in solving these problems,and how the optimized indicators solve these problems.Finally,through optimized ecological garden county standard of Hebei province,chapter four comprehensively evaluates the ecological garden county construction level of Huailai county.Referencing evaluation results,it raises construction strategy.Chapter five explains article research conclusion,article insufficiency and the future prospects. |
