Study On Happening Design Of Building Skin In Cross-Border

Based on the composition and characteristics of'happening' creation,the creation methods of happening and the methods of its transformation into happening design of building skin were found.Starting with decisive components of'happening',namely,creator,participant and event,existing happening building skin projects were studied.Then according to the author' s personal design practice,the author designed a "secret base" named MiMiGiGi,with children being the participants and the solution to children' s whereabouts after school being the event.It is expected that children's autonomous management and the enlightenment of innovative thinking can be achieved through the interaction between the subject and the object.In the meantime,the interaction between building skin and children has happening operation effects on the transformation between morphology of the skin and interior or exterior space and the flexible use of spatial layout.Through a series of case analyses and classification,the public participation,impromptu characteristic,unfinished nature,multidisciplinary integration,openness and the height of intermediacy aesthetics were discussed.Besides,the author discovered that since the direction of the event in happening design has distinct characteristics of the times and individual viewpoints,oriented participants are sometimes groups with common ideals or similar attributes.At the same time,owing to spatial particularity of building skin,changes of aesthetic objects and aesthetic modes in contemporary society,diversified information dissemination channels,advanced spirit in modern art creation and changes of ideas due to technical advancement,researches on happening design in building skin design field have inevitable research value and practical possibility.Different from previous research perspectives which focus on local material construction and specific technical analysis,this research plays a role in completing and promoting existing researches on building skin.Based on the ecological researches of the original environmental information and energy exchange and interaction,the 'happeling' creation of building skin from the perspective of behavior science focuses more on human psychology and behaviors.Owing to universality of disciplines used by 'happening' and the historical origin of'happening',this research possesses a special multidisciplinary perspective,which is conductive to promoting the attention to,discuss on and disseminate of social heuristic issues in design field.From the aesthetics aspect,'happening' creation of building skin is helpful to break the traditional rational design thinking and the static surface aesthetic mode and to value the interactive experience of building skin at any time.From a practical point of view,'happening' creation of building skin emphasize the randomness and non-reproducibility of audience participation,attaches importance to instant experience of interactive events,which put forward experimental solutions to a current hot issue about design plagiarism to some extent.
