With the rapid development of high-speed road network,the highway network in the Middle East region has gradually formed.The main position of road network construction has gradually shifted to the central and western regions.Highways in the central and western regions shuttle in the high mountains and lofty hills which has high bridge and tunnel ratio and difficulty in emergency rescue.Long distance tunnel group,super long tunnel and bridge-tunnel sections still exists which lead to far higher operation safety riski mountain area than other sections.Based on the operation safety assessment methods and prevention and control measures of long distance continuous tunnel group,we collected all the accident data and road design data of G65 Bao Mao expressway form Chongqing to Hubei section since its operation on the basis of Chongqing city outstanding projects and Key scientific and technological projects and the direct guidance of Professor Lin Zhi who is chief editor of the maintenance specification.And further collection of domestic and foreign highway tunnel and continuous tunnel group road accident data and operational safety risk assessment method,and put forward three methods of operation safety assessment.And relying on the Yinchuan to Baise Expressway Chengkou(Shanxi and Chongqing boundary)to Kaixian circle is an example of evaluation.In this paper,the risk sources and risk prevention measures of tunnel group section and bad line combination section are analyzed systematically,and five level classification standards for prevention and control measures are put forward.Finaly,the risk assessment method and control technology of the operation safety of the tunnel group were formed which provide a powerful technical method for evaluating the safety state of mountainous expressway tunnel section during operation period and provide valuable engineering experience for new tunnel group of the operation safety.The main research results and innovation points are as follows:1)With three months of investigation for Chongqing highway law enforcement detachment,accurate accident information was obtained.Based on the collection and analysis of the investigation section and the related accident data at home and abroad,the cause of the accident is analyzed.Closely related to China's tunnel design and maintenance management and other related specifications,the four risk sources of the operation management,electromechanical structure,civil facilities and traffic environment are comprehensively analyzed.The list of the risk sources of the operation safety to tunnel group is obtained,and the key risk sources are listed.2)According to the composition characteristics of long distance and continuous tunnel group sections,based on the operation risk source and design standard of special section,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to special sections such as small radius curve section,long longitudinal slope,curved slope combination,tunnel group and bridge.From the five aspects of "man-car-road-management-environment",this paper puts forward the "Evaluation Method of Operation Safety in High Speed and Special Section of Mountain Area based on Index System".3)Put aside the "human-vehicle-management" and other factors,based on the comprehensive evaluation method proposed by "Technical specification for highway tunnel operation"(Draft for solicit comments),single evaluations of the civil structure of tunnel group,traffic environment,traffic engineering and auxiliary facilities and traffic state of the tunnel group.On this basis,“the comprehensive evaluation method of the operation state of the highway tunnel group” is put forward.4)From the 8 major categories,including the overall of tunnel group,lighting,traffic and control,etc,a total of 160 sub items are used to construct the evaluation model of the safety factor of the tunnel group operation.The risk factor evaluation model of tunnel group operation is constructed from the 10 types of risk sources,such as the overall tunnel group,pavement structure,traffic volume,traffic shape and so on.Finally,"Tunnel group operation safety assessment method" is obtained,and the example application is carried out with the road from Chengkou to Kaixian as the support of the project.5)According to the level of operation risk of tunnel group,in accordance with the five division standards,and according to practical engineering and the new standard,the security risk prevention measures were put forward which provide application references for new and operated projects.Based on the investigation and analysis of the risk sources for operation safety accident of the long distance continuous tunnel group,this paper studies the key technologies of operational risk identification,evaluation,prevention and control and rescue which have great significance to improve the operation safety management level of the new,expanded and operated mountain highway tunnel group.
