The southwest area of China is constitutive of mountains and hills,which has complex geological and environmental conditions.Due to the cross-influence of various factors such as geology,topography,climate,reconnaissance,design,construction,operation,and something relevant,highway tunnels tend to present a variety of diseases in the course of operation.In Zhaotong Yicha highway tunnel disease data,and on the basis of comprehensive analysis,combining with the mechanics principle of tunnel lining structure and numerical model of these diseases,and general lining disease treatment measures are proposed,the main contents are:(1)On the basis of the research on the disease of the lining structure of highway tunnel,the treatment measures of the lining cracks,seepage leakage,insufficient thickness of lining and the hole in the back are summarized.(2)The disease types and data of ten tunnel lining of Zhaotongyi bifurcation highway are analyzed.The results show that the proportion of longitudinal fractures is the largest,up to 41%,and most of them are in the vault position.The seepage of the lining structure mainly focuses on the construction joint position,which is 64.8%.Second,the position of the border wall,accounting for 19.7%;The thickness of the lining is mainly reflected in the position of the arch and the top of the arch,and the combined proportion is more than 60%.In the 130-odd places,the area of the unoccupied area is higher than 3 square meters,reaching 75.4%.(3)Calculated by the tunnel pressure of surrounding rock and lining structure mechanics theory,the finite element method is used to establish the thickness of lining structure model,theoretical models and hollow behind lining and lining structure safety checking calculation method is presented.(4)Through the finite element software Madis GTS,to build the finite element model of tunnel lining and the hollow finite element,and to analyze the influence of the under-thickness and the hole in the tunnel.(5)Through the special treatment to Zhaotongyi bifurcation highway tunnel lining crack,seepage,thickness and hole behind,the stress condition of the tunnel,the bearingcapacity of the tunnel and the safety performance and operation service levels can be improved effevticely.After two years of monitoring,did not find the phenomenon of crack and leakage happens again,reinforcement treatment effect is good.It also provides some reference value for the subsequent treatment of highway tunnel diseases.
