| The mountain highway is an important channel for the development of the west.As the economic development needs,more and more mountainous areas need to build highways.However,the increase of the mileage of expressway in the mountainous area is caused by the fatigue driving.In order to adapt to this situation,the domestic many scholars to raise the traffic safety has carried on the research and exploration,the roadside vibration is a kind of active prevention fatigue driving,lower side outline the measures of the accident.At present,the paved on the part of the highway to the roadside vibration to demonstrate the application way,and to its previous size design and construction method has done a lot of research,has accumulated valuable experience.However,there is no research on the actual operation of the shoulder rumble strips that is being used and whether it meets the warning effect.In order to facilitate the large-scale promotion and application of the roadside vibration belt in mountainous expressways,Chongqing transportation commission analyzed the problems in the early operation of the shoulder rumble strips.Based on the chongqing traffic committee of science and technology project rumble strips with application and demonstration of the implementation of the(contract number: 2016-02),research the G65 BaoMao high-speed period of chongqing(yuxiang highway)accident data,analysis of the mountainous area highway car derailment accident characteristic;In this paper,the safety risk classification method of road sections based on the high speed characteristics of mountainous area is proposed.Set up the test vehicle tire model based on ABAQUS and rumble strips with 3d model of the rumble strips has to calculate the vibration noise,dust is studied on the effects of the vibration with warning the roadside vibration attenuation with dust state warning effect prediction model,and design in the automobile ride comfort test verified the warning effect measurement system.In order to study the effect of dust on the warning effect,this article is based on ABAQUS got the attenuation law of warning effect increases with dust,put forward the suitable for the mountainous area highway roadside vibration band selection,finite element simulation,layout optimization design method such as position and visual induction.In the end,the construction process,construction effect and use effect of the shoulder rumble strips demonstration project of 180 kilometers of highway in the mountainous area of chongqing are analyzed and analyzed.The results show that the roadway vibration belt has high application value in the mountain highway. |
