Study On Countermeasuresof Improving The Competitiveness Of Jiangxi Civil Aviation Under The Impact Of Ground Transport

For a long time,the Civil Aviation Administration has given Jiangxi a strong support in the development of local aviation enterprises,airport construction,general aviation and so on,which has promoted the development of Jiangxi civil aviation.With the rapid development of Jiangxi’s civil aviation industry,Jiangxi’s high-speed rail and high-speed business are also striding forward.In 2016,much public attention is given to the national high-speed rail network from the "four vertical and four horizontal" rapid upgrade to high".With the concept of the national high speed rail network,(Hangzhou-Nanchang-Changsha)is included in the national high-speed rail network,and the upgrade to a number of railways Jiangxi has been included in the national high speed railway from the long section of the Shanghai Kunming high railway.By the end of 2016,the province has opened 28 provincial highways for highways,and the "four vertical,six horizontal,eight firing seventeen links" highway network has basically formed.Under the impact of ground transport,civil aviation belonging to transportation industry is facing an unfavorable situation of declining competitiveness.How to improve the competitiveness of Jiangxi’s civil aviation is the primary task for Jiangxi’s civil aviation to get out of the difficult position.This paper chooses Jiangxi civil aviation as an object to study how to formulate strategies to improve its core competitiveness under the background of rapid development of Jiangxi land transportation.The research of this article is divided into eight chapters.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research,contents and methods.Secondly,we comprehensively analyze the development of Jiangxi’s civil aviation and the development of land transportation in Jiangxi province.Then,through the analysis of the impact of ground transport on the development of Jiangxi’s civil aviation,we get the problems of the development of Jiangxi’s civil aviation under the impact of ground transport.Then through the core competitiveness,the definition of Jiangxi civil aviation core competitiveness and the SWOT analysis of Jiangxi civil aviation and Jiangxi land transport traffic,three factors that affect the core competitiveness of Jiangxi civil aviation are pointed out.Finally,by analyzing the concurrence of ground transport and Jiangxi civil aviation,we put forward the guarantee and strategy for Jiangxi’s civil aviation to enhance its core competitiveness.
