| In the aspect of inheritance of regional residential culture,previous studies focused on qualitative description and perceptual analysis.The appearance of space syntax provided a new perspective for studying the living space combining quantitative and qualitative.Taking the modern detached residential houses in Changsha as an example,analyzing the evolution characteristics of its spatial configuration to provide a basis for its intelligent protection and renewal design.Firstly,demonstrates the research on the organization of space syntax applicable to residential space from the following three aspects of space concept,spatial cognition and spatial organization connotation,and discusses the general principles of space syntax research.Then,analyzes the general distribution of modern detached residential houses in Changsha,analyzes and studies the regional characteristics of the research objects from the aspects of natural and humanistic characteristics,technical characteristics,lifestyle and family structure,etc.and the influence of the change of the times on the modern housing is also analyzed.Select 6 cases of traditional residential prototypes and 4 cases of modern detached residential houses,making horizontal comparative analysis from aspects of spatial relations diagrams and space syntax values.In addition,collects the basic data of 40 cases of modern detached residential houses of different periods,using the convex space configuration analysis method of space syntax,examines the evolution of the spatial organization characteristics of modern detached dwelling houses from the diachronic level,colligate relevant theories to draw conclusions.The results show that modern detached residential houses in Changsha were composed of a variety of ancient residential prototypes in space configuration,and their spatial structures were mostly tree-like structures.Compared with traditional residential prototypes,its proportion of transitional space has increased and privacy has enhanced.The evolution trend of modern independent residential space shows the features of compact layout and meticulous functions.The relationship between residential culture and space is reflected through the behavior of the inhabitants,and the inhabitation culture affects the spatial structure and privacy of the residence and the way the inhabitants use space.The organization characteristics of the modern detached residential space contain regional living culture.The inheritance of regional residential culture is the overlap needs between history and reality.By analyzing the feasibility of space syntax applied to residential space interaction and generation design process,based on the theory of spatial organization and the combining intelligent city technology,proposing the idea of establishing a modern urban residential database and realizing its data analysis and protection.This study provides a new theoretical perspective for the interpretation of modern urban housing,and has a reference value for the intelligent protection and renewal design of modern residential architecture. |
