This paper focuses on the aviation industry,which is the basic and leading industry of the country,and takes the small airlines which have developed well in recent years as the research point.Analyze the environment of Beibu Bay Airlines from the macroscopic and microcosmic perspectives.At the time of the development of aviation industry and competition of small airlines for market share,Beibu Bay Airlines has many advantages,such as politics and resources.In this environment,the paper analyzes the current situation of beibu Gulf aviation marketing,although many places can be highlighted,such as promotion activities,strengthening brand promotion,but still lack of service,quality to be promoted.Then the opportunity and threat,advantages and disadvantages of Beibu Bay Airlines were clarified,and the STP strategy of Beibu Bay Airlines was analyzed.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the marketing strategy of Beibu Bay Aviation based on the theory of 7P.Through the above research,the aim is to put forward scientific and feasible suggestions for the marketing strategy of our small airlines,so as to promote the overall healthy development of our aviation transportation industry.
