Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely used in various fields,such as new energy vehicles,industrial drive control and so on due to its high power density,small volume and strong overload ability.In the backgrou nd of the world energy crisis and green environmental protection,the energy consumption of motor has become a hot topic.In this paper,an online efficiency optimal control method is proposed based on model reference adaptive(MRAS)algorithm.The paper introduces the current research status and future development direction of the efficiency optimization control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)at home and abroad,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of efficiency optimization control strategies and the research trends.The structure and vector control principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor are introduced in detail.Combined with the double closed loop control method of PMSM vector control,the vector control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on id=0 is analyzed,and the simulation analysis based on id=0 vector control strategy is carried out.Based on id=0 vector control strategy,the relationship between copper consumption and iron consumption of controllable electrical loss and the stator current is analyzed.A controllable electric loss model is established.The condition of the stator current satisfying the minimal electric loss is derived.The influence of variation motor parameters on the loss model is studied and the parameter sensitivity curve of the loss model is calculated,and the efficiency optima 1 control strategy based on MRAS is proposed to solve the problem that the conventional minimum loss model control approach depends on the parameters of the motor.Model reference adaptive control algorithm has been implemented to identify machine parameters of the motor parameters according to different working conditions,enhancing the robustness of the motor loss model,and making the motor run at the minimum loss point,thus the efficiency of the motor control system is improved.The Matlab/Simulink simulation model based on MRAS is built and the simulation verification is carried out.The simulationre suits show the correctness and effectiveness of the efficiency optimal control strategy based on model reference adaptive loss model method.A permanent magnet synchronous motor experimental platform is built.The hardware circuit of the experimental platform is introduced,and the motor control algorithm software is designed.The experimental results further demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy proposed in this paper.
