| In the heating project and the pressure vessel in the heat pipe network system,some of the pipeline due to excessive or hot and cold changes caused by pipeline expansion to the safety of the transport fluid has a big risk.At present,the wide use of bellows and other similar devices are used to absorb the deformation of the element itself to absorb the pipeline system in the stress and temperature changes caused by the expansion of the pipeline.As one kind of compensation element,the compensation principle of the sleeve compensator is essentially different from the compensation principle of the corrugated pipe.Therefore,it has a good compensation capacity,the installation and maintenance are more convenient.In order to promote the application of the casing compensator,this paper studies the casing compensator.The main analysis is the sealing element of the casing compensator.The sleeve compensator is not widely used.The main reason is that the relative motion between the casing and the casing is compensated.The gap between the inter pipe and the outer pipe need to be sealed,but the sealing performance can’t be guaranteed.In order to promote the application of the casing compensator,this paper improves the sealing performance of the sleeve compensator,and analyzes the sealing performance of the improved bushing compensator.In this paper,we analyzed the sealing form of the sealing of the traditional type of sealing,and consider the stress and the characteristics of the equivalent contact pressure of the O-ring shaped rubber sealing ring under the influence under different factors.Finally,the improved sealing method which is the self-operated is analyzed,and the distribution law and characteristics of the stress and contact pressure of rubber sealing ring of the self type sleeve compensator are obtained.By comparing the results of two kinds of sealing,the sealing characteristics of the self operated scal and the changing law of the sealing characteristics are determined.The main content of this paper is analyze the sealing method of the pre-compression which the casing and the sealing method,and consider the influence of different factors on the sealing performance.With the selection of Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model,the sealing method of the pre-compression is analyzed,and the stress and contact pressure of the O-shaped sealing ring is increased gradually with the increase of the compression ratio.In the analysis of the influence of friction coefficient on the stress and contact pressure of O-shaped rubber sealing ring,the distribution law of von-mises stress and contact pressure results are not affectd by the friction coefficient when the friction coefficient is greater than 0.3.In the analysis of the self operated seal,under the fluid pressure is greater than 2.0Mpa,the von-mises stress of the rubber ring is stable at 1.5Mpa;the contact pressure is less than 2.9Mpa,the contact pressure is always greater than the fluid pressure,and can be determined that the self sealing imethod is effective for less than 2.9Mpa.In addition,this paper also analyzed the stress distribution and contact pressure of the O-shaped sealing ring in the inner and outer casing,and when the inner and outer casing is little,it is beneficial to improve the service life of the O-shapd rubber scaling ring.In order to ensure that the maximum stress is reduced under the condition of contact pressure,the rubber sealing material of(IRHD)60~80 is suggested in this paper. |
