With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway construction in recent years,the number of high-speed rail passenger trains has increased year by year.The rapid development of high-speed railways has facilitated passenger travel and promoted regional economic development.At the same time,it has also brought challenges to the convergence between high-speed railways and urban public transport.How to provide high-quality rail transit services for passengers on high-speed railways to meet passengers'increasingly diversified and individualized travel needs is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the development of urban public transport.Based on the characteristics of high-speed rail passengers,the paper studies the dispatching of regional flexible buses connected to high-speed rail stations.The work done includes the following aspects:(1)The concept of regional flexible buses connecting high-speed rail stations is clearly defined and the characteristics are analyzed.First of all,the present situation of public transit buses connection Beijing South Railway Station is summarized and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Secondly,the different types of flexible public transport are analyzed.The concept of regional flexible bus connecting high-speed rail station is put forward and compared with similar public transport system.The factors affecting the scheduling are analyzed in detail.(2)Taking passengers from Beijing South Railway Station as an example,passengers' willingness to ride is investigated.A survey on the status of satisfaction of bus cnnected to Beijing South Railway Station and a survey of the willingness to ride on potential passengers of the regional flexible feeder bus are designed.Considering the individual attributes of passengers and characteristics of trips,the passengers' preferences for different modes of operation of feeder buses are analyzed,and the service features and operating parameters that the passengers are more concerned about are extracted.(3)With the goal of maximizing passenger satisfaction and minimum operating costs,a scheduling model for regional flexible feeder buses is established.Considering the multi vehicle scheduling problem,the flexible route planning is also proposed.From the perspective of the passengers,a passenger satisfaction function is introduced to reflect the passengers' satisfaction with the time to reach the high-speed rail station.Considering the situation of passengers travelling together,a virtual response demand point is set up to ensure that the passengers of the same industry travel on the same vehicle.Finally,the model is solved by the designed differential evolution algorithm.(4)Beiyuan area in Tongzhou District of Beijing taken as the background,a real example is used to verify the practical value and significance of the study.
