| As an important basic industry,internal-combustion industry plays an important role in the development of our society.It seriously affect the consumption,environmental pollution and other social problems.As an important part of diesel engine,cylinder-head has a direct impact on the power,economy and reliability of the diesel engine,so the optimization of the cylinder-head is of great significance to the development of the society.In this paper,the cylinder of 210 diesel engine is the research object.Its structure is optimized.Through the analysis of the structure characteristics of the 210 cylinder-head,combined with multiple valve and airway plan,the valve and airway is optimized.The inlet structure is optimized through add the vortex design at the intake bend meanwhile,and that improved the aeration efficiency,scavenging efficiency and complete burning rate.Through the optimization of the construction of the cylinder-head,The strength of cylinder head is strengthened by using thin-wall strong back design.Through the optimization of the cooling system of the cylinder-head,the cooling efficiency of the cooling system is improved,and the crack is reduced.The design and check of the cylinder-head is made.Through the steady flow test of the 210 cylinder-head,the accurate assessment of the air flow capacity of the cylinder-head airway and the characteristic of gas motion in cylinder is made.The flow characteristic parameters of the airway is obtained through the steady flow test on the steady-flow rig.The evaluation method of Ricardo、AVL and FEV is used to evaluate the flow characteristic parameters that obtained,and that is proved the performance of the airway is excellent.The consistency of the test is verified.Through the loading test of the cylinder-head that optimized and non-optimized,the superiority of the cylinder-head is obtained by comparison.The test result are compared with the curve fitting by Excel.The detonation pressure,boost pressure and valve exhaust temperature adapted to the upgrade of the power and speed through the comparison,fuel consumption rate improvement is particularly obvious.The result of the test is verified through the practice feedback of the users. |
