The quality defects of the tunnel lining in the high speed railway are common and increasingly prominent,which have brought great security risks for the railway operation,especially the lining cracks,which have complex causes,widespread distribution,far-reaching impact,can be of great harm.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the mechanism of the lining cracks and put forward effective renovations.In this view,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents,based on data of tunnel disease detection obtained from the project "Safety Evaluation of Tunnel Lining Defects in CKGZTJ-11 of Guizhou Section of Shanghai Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line",using SPSS as analytical tool,the cracks in tunnel lining are deeply studied in this paper by the means of statistical analysis.The main work is as follows:(1)Taking 100 meters as a section,gather stastistics in every section of five long tunnels in CKGZTJ-11 of Guizhou section of Shanghai Kunming High Speed Railway,including lining quality defect information(cracks,not dense,empty,spalling,apparent defects,water leakage and construction joint defects),construction information(construction method,lining type and grouting reinforcement)and geological conditions(Karst,the hard degree of surrounding rock,the integrity of surrounding rock and the water inflow in construction).The distribution of lining cracks is analyzed by statistical chart,while the connections between cracks and other defects,construction information,geological conditions are qualitatively investigated.(2)Taking cracks as the main analysis object,using the nonlinear canonical correlation analysis method,the statistical data variables are grouped reasonably to make the groups have greater correlation.Finally the crack variable group,the defect disease variable group,the construction and the environment variable group are obtained through the process.By the means of factor analysis,the information of each group is concentrated and the common factor score which reflect group's characteristic information can be extracted.(3)Based on factor analysis,the comprehensive score of lining crack is calculated which reflects the main information of crack variable group.Taking the comprehensive score of the lining crack as the dependent variable,the other common factor scores as independent variables,discuss the linear or nonlinear relationship between them by curve fitting analysis.Furthermore,the multiple linear regression analysis method was used to analyze the linear relationship between several common factor scores and the comprehensive crack score.(4)According to the standardized comprehensive score of crack,three level classification of lining split is carried out by cluster analysis.Combined with existing tunnel lining defects remedial measures and its applicable conditions,taking characteristics under various levels that summarized by statistical analysis into account,this paper draw up a safety assessment method for lining split in high speed railway operation tunnel dominated by crack diseases and give recommended regulation measures.
