| With the advance of the process of urbanization,urban rail transit has gradually shifted from one single line into the networks,which creates new opportunities for operation organization and management,but also puts forward higher challenges.Due to the immature development of rail transportation network,the imbalanced passenger flow of the time and space distribution results in contradiction between capacity supply and traffic demand in some lines of the network,the problem of imbalanced network load has become the current prominent problem in big city rail transit.Evaluating the coordination of time-space relation between transport capacity and passenger flow in urban rail transit scientifically and accurately,and then using limited resources of fixed equipment and mobile devices to optimize supply of capacity are the main measures to solve this problem.At present,the evaluation of matching degree between the transport capacity and passenger flow is mainly based on the single index of load factor in actual operation organization,which is limited and rough.Meanwhile,there is a lack of scientific decision-making basis for the timing of capacity improvement and the allocation of transportation resources.Most of them rely on the experience of operating managers.For this purpose,evaluation of matching degree between the transport capacity and passenger flow is studied in this paper.Both capacity supply-side and passenger service level are synthetically evaluated not only for the train capacity utilization,but also for the passenger service level(e.g.stranded time,stranded flow)in the stations.Multi-dimensional and multi-level matching evaluation index and method are constructed,which realize scientific evaluation.Finally,an empirical study is practiced to verify the accuracy and practicability of the proposed method.The main work and conclusions of this paper are included as follows:(1)The concept of the matching degree between transportation capacity and passenger flow is defined.Firstly,the matching characteristics and influenced factors of transportation capacity and passenger flow are analyzed.And the feature of transport capacity and passenger flow and time-space distribution are combined to find out the characteristics of mismatching.Then the framework of matching assessment between transportation capacity and passenger flow is built.It mainly includes two aspects of the service level(passenger)and transport capacity utilization(supply),and includes station-interval-line three levels.(2)Construction and calculation the evaluation index of matching between transportation capacity and passenger flow.Based on comprehensive evaluation framework,the evaluation indexes and their calculation methods for different level objects(station,section and line)are clarified.The Passengers-Train’s Time-Space matching model is built to calculate the key index of station.By using the automatic fare collection(AFC)data and schedule data to get the trains information which a single passenger aboard and then getting the data of microscopic indicators in stations,such as passengers’ waiting time,number of passenger at the station,stranded times and etc.(3)The calculation model of the matching degree between transportation capacity and passenger flow is built for the 3 different levels:station-section-line.The matching degree of station is evaluated by the relation between section flow and passenger flow in the station.The matching degree of section is evaluated by setting the different ideal load factor for different time.The matching degree of line is evaluated by using average train load,average waiting time,riding comfort degree,and establishing entropy-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model to calculate matching degree.A comprehensive system of multi-dimensional and multi-level evaluation method of transport capacity matching degree is built.(4)Matching degree between transportation capacity and passenger flow of linel in Beijing urban rail transit is calculated as an example for the empirical analysis.The matching degree of the whole day of linel is calculated,and the mismatched stations and sections are sorted.Finally,several improved suggestions are proposed for 8:00-9:00,18:00-19:00 and 10:00-16:00,in which transportation capacity and passenger flow are not matched. |
