The Research On Accounts Receivable Financing Model Of Neng Rui Company

The problem of "financing difficulties" for SMEs is both a permanent issue and a global problem.With the increasingly fierce competition in the charging pile industry in China,companies have adopted credit sales to seize market share.While the sales scale has increased,accounts receivable have risen sharply.Charging piles require large amounts of funds for investment and construction,but as small and medium-sized enterprises,they are commonly faced with financing difficulties.Therefore,SMEs generally are in the contradictory predicament that liquidity is seriously insufficient and a large number of receivables cannot be realized.Account receivable financing,as an emerging financing method,can not only help companies to activate settlement funds,alleviate the financing difficulties of enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,but also optimize the financial structure of enterprises and improve the quality of their operations.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical research and case studies,quantitative research,and qualitative research.It first collates domestic and foreign literature and theories related to accounts receivable financing,and the three major accounts receivable financing model was also elaborated in detail.Second,combined with analysis of the financing status quo and problems of Neng Rui Company,the necessity and feasibility of its development of accounts receivable financing were discussed in depth.Then,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and an analytic hierarchy process are used to construct an evaluation mechanism for the financing efficiency of accounts receivable,and a detailed comparative analysis of the financing efficiency of the three accounts receivable financing models is conducted to obtain the accounts receivable financing model that is most suitable for Neng Rui Company.Finally,it puts forward safeguard measures to promote the smooth implementation of accounts receivable financing of Neng Rui Company,and provided reference for other similar companies to use accounts receivable financing.
