In recent years,as the country has actively promoted the establishment of a market value management system for listed companies,China's listed companies have since then actively explored market value management.Although China has been emphasizing the importance of market value management since the stock reform in 2005,it has still not received due attention and has not established the concept of a market value management system.I do not know how to effectively increase the market value of the company.As in previous years,the study of market value management content has been sufficient,and there are few studies on the main content application methods and application effects of market value management.Therefore,this paper will conduct an in-depth study on the effectiveness of market value management methods and analyze their effects.This article adopts the literature method,first reviews the domestic and international research on market value management,and then based on value management as the theoretical basis,the concept of market value management is derived,and the market value management concept is taken as the main research object.The relevant theories of market value management and the main values of market value management are respectively elaborated.Content and market value appraisal model of listed companies;then,on the basis of this,combined with the actual situation of S Group,the specific introduction of market value management behavior from the overall listing,private placement and investor relationship management,and from value creation,value management and value The effectiveness analysis was implemented in three aspects;then,through the market value management evaluation model,the impact of various indicators on market value was analyzed specifically in terms of value creation and value realization,and evaluation analysis was conducted.At the same time,the Group's market value was also found in the study.There are also some inappropriate practices in management.On this basis,this paper also proposes corresponding improvement measures for these issues,so as to further improve the market value management capabilities of S Group.Finally,through a series of research and analysis,this paper gives recommendations in three aspects: value creation,value realization,and value management,and draws conclusions from this article.It can effectively use effective methods such as overall listing,private placement,and investor relations management.Increase market value.Through the research on the market value management of S Group,this paper hopes to provide effective reference for other companies in the choice of market value management methods,and can provide reference for the market value management of other listed companies.
