In this paper,the theory of design structure matrix is applied to the deconstruction and reconstruction of product semantics.The design structure matrix is a binary square matrix,which can analyze the interaction and influence between product semantics,and then analyze the core semantics of the product.According to the interaction between product semantics,product semantics can be reconstructed around core semantics.This article uses the literature research method,the induction deductive method and the questionnaire survey method.The basic theory is combed through the literature research method,the basic theory is refined and summarized by inductive deduction method,and its own theoretical frame model is put forward,and the users are investigated and analyzed by questionnaire survey and the method is verified.In this paper,the generating model and steps of the design structure matrix are put forward,that is to say,the elements to be analyzed are first determined,and then distributed in the binary square matrix to be deconstructed and analyzed.This paper determines the elements of product semantics: the icon meaning of gestalt,shape surface,details;the indicative meaning of function and operation;the symbolic meaning of emotion,culture and brand.The construction and analysis method of product semantic model based on design structure matrix are expounded through case analysis.Secondly,it deduces the model of product semantic reconstruction in the form of case analysis.The transformation form of product meaning and design is constructed,and the relationship between user's leisure time and user's research,the relationship between user's research and product's semantic transformation is analyzed,and the transformation model of user's leisure time and product's semantic is constructed.In this paper,a questionnaire survey is conducted on college students from the following three factors: behavior motivation,behavior style and leisure time.Through the data analysis to determine the specific components of the leisure time of the user,so as to construct the deconstruction model of the leisure time of the user based on the design structure matrix,and to determine the core motivation and the main behavior mode of the user by the way of analysis.On this basis,a model of user leisure time reconstruction based on design structure matrix is proposed.Based on the theoretical transformation model of user leisure time and product semantics,this paper proposes a product semantic deconstruction and reconfiguration model based on user leisure time reconfiguration.Thus,a product semantic deconstruction and reconstruction model based on design structure matrix is constructed by progressive relation.Based on the analysis and summary of questionnaire data and the transformation of user's leisure time and product semantics,a model of semantic deconstruction and reconstruction of smart watch based on design structure matrix is proposed.The result of semantic reconstruction of smart watch is transformed into product design,which is composed of function design,interactive design and styling design.Finally,a questionnaire survey is used to verify the design based knot.The validity of the method to deconstruct and reconstruct the smart watch semantics based on the construction matrix.Finally,the theoretical model of this paper is applied to the actual project development of the product.The feedback from the company and the effect of the final work show that the method discussed in this paper has certain reference value in the development of product design.
