Port terminals are gas-guzzler,and it is also an important application field of replacing oil with electricity.They use of fuel generators for power supply in ports has brought serious noise,water and air pollution to the port.Marine shore power technology refers shore power supply ship during berthing pier access,access to the required pump power its,ventilation,lighting,communications and other facilities.The current spread of the shore power system is also present in the system wire matching,phase sequence detection,AC shore power voltage stability issues need study of power transmission as well as cable management,including cable connection device,which is connected to shore by a connection point and the ship electrical cables between devices and equipment must meet the fast connections,it is one of the main research directions.This paper focuses on the rapid and steady performance of the cable retracting and releasing device of the port shore electricity system,compares and analyzes the control of the cable retracting and retracting device drive system,and theoretically calculates the tension control model and the tension detection method during cable retraction.The control strategy of the cable retracting device tension was analyzed,and the space vector pulse width modulation direct torque control(SVM-DTC)method was used for simulation analysis.Variable domain fuzzy PI control was used to optimize the SVM-DTC strategy.First,calculate and analyze the electrical parameters of the shore power cable,correctly and reasonably select the type of cable,so as to ensure the optimal selectionof the cable;then the mathematical model and torque of the permanent magnetsynchronous motor in the drive system are analyzed,and the reasoning is analyzed.The factors of cable tension change are directly related to the motor torque and rotation speed.Therefore,the SVM-DTC strategy is used to control the motor torque and rotation speed to ensure that the tension is constant,and the simulation model and result under the control strategy are given.Secondly,based on the simulation results,combined with the actual environment of the port,a variable domain fuzzy PI control is used to optimize the speed regulation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.A variable universe fuzzy PI controller is designed and a variable domain fuzzy PI SVM is given.-The cable retractable device model of the DTC strategy was constructed and simulated on a MATLAB/SIMULINK control model to verify the proposed control strategy.The simulation results show that the strategy can effectively suppress the torque pulse,improve the adjustment ability of the speed,and has good robustness;it also verifies the feasibility of constant tension control and the adaptive ability under certain conditions.Finally,the hardware design and software design of the cable retracting device are analyzed.The control part adopts the DSP chip TMS320F28335 as the main control chip.The tension is adjusted online by detecting the current,voltage and cable tension signal of the motor.Through experimental analysis,it is verified that the proposed SVM-DTC strategy based on variable domain fuzzy PI has practicality.
