Vibration screen is widely applied in the industrial sector and it has the function of de-medium,dewatering,desliming.In the process of vibration screen design,it must be ensured that the structural design and parameter selection is reasonable.If the parameter selection is unreasonable,not only vibration screening effect cannot sufficiently be played,but also the parts of vibration screen may fail.In order to improve the performance of the vibration screen,parameters were optimized by using dynamic analysis methods,which has a great significance to improve its working reliability.Eccentric shaft,side plates and bearings of vibration screen themselves have certain flexibility originally.On account of difficulties in researches,people often regarded the eccentric shaft,side plates and bearings as non-deformable rigid body.Such treatment was bound to bring about bigger errors to the results of analysis and calculation.Because eccentric shaft,side plates and bearings have certain flexibility,they influence each other in the process of vibration.Therefore,eccentric shaft flexibility,bearing elastic and side plates elastic were taken into account for the first time and vibration screen mechanics model of 14 degrees were established.The main work is as follows:(1)This thesis focused on YA1236 circle vibrating screen.The background and significance of research,current research status at home and abroad,sieving theory and working principle of vibrating screen were introduced.(2)According to the solid model of vibration screen frame,three-dimensional solid model of vibration screen frame was established by Solidworks software.Then,in order to get the ten natural frequencies and mode shapes of the system,modal analysis was carried out using finite element software ANSYS Workbench,which provides the basis for the dynamic characteristics analysis of vibrating screen.(3)On the basis of the structural characteristics of vibrating screen,eccentric shaft flexibility,bearing elastic and side plates elastic were taken into account for the first time and vibration screen mechanics model of 14 degrees were established.Then,motion differential equations of vibration screen were established based on Lagrange equations and elasticity theory.(4)Applying the method of numerical analysis and computer software,damping,stiffness,eccentricity and quality on amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of vibration screen were analyzed.Besides,vibration state was analyzed by waveform diagram,orbit diagrams of axle center and phase plane of vibration screen.In this thesis,analysis to optimize the parameters of vibration screen was carried out in detail.The analysis methods and results have certain guiding significance for YA1236 circular vibration screen,meanwhile,the analysis method also has some guiding significance for designing of other types.
