In the current era of electric power industry,high voltage switchgear is playing a great role in the management of distribution network.The partial discharge caused by the insulation defect is the chief culprit of the high voltage switchgear operation.How to ensure the safe and reliable operation of a large number of high voltage switchgear has been the key and difficult point in the management of distribution network.Although the partial discharge phenomena of high voltage switchgear at home and abroad have been studied a lot,and a series of achievements have been made,there are still many aspects to be improved in some technologies,especially live detection.The existing electrified detection technology has the disadvantages of large external interference,low measurement precision and inaccurate positioning.According to the feedback from China's electric power company,China's power sector has accumulated a certain amount of application data.But the lack of effective tools or methods to manage and analyze the existing test data,the urgent need for the appropriate methods and means to improve the work.To sum up,this article will focus on the current production and application of anti-interference,location inaccuracy and other central issues to carry out in-depth research.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the structure of the high voltage switchgear and its role in the power system.The common fault types and the reasons for the insulation faults with the highest failure rate are described,and four types of discharge are summarized.On the basis of this research,the high precision positioning technology of high voltage switchgear partial discharge is theoretically studied,and the theoretical paving for the subsequent experimental research is done.Secondly,we build multi-channel live diagnosis platform for high-voltage switchgear,and simulate the partial discharge power by needle plate discharge model.We explore the location of the partial discharge power by the four channel's arrival sequence.This paper uses the sequence of four channel signals to locate the local discharge power.The simulation test of the PD source is carried out in the laboratory.Through the location of the discharge power,the position of the sensor and the TEV signal received by the sensor,the pulsing power's pulse parameters can be evaluated,and the actual discharge intensity can be determined.The effectiveness of multi channel electrified integrated diagnosis technology is verified through experiments,which will guide the follow-up research.Thirdly,the research on the advanced anti-interference measures of partial discharge in high voltage switchgear is carried out by simulation and simulation.The anti-jamming technology of the pulse waveform of the internal discharge and the external interference signal is mainly studied,which provides the basis for the field discharge detection.Finally,according to the pulse waveform of the discharge signal,we build the detection system of the high voltage switchgear anti-interference partial discharge and the database management software system of the high-voltage switchgear live test.The system can quickly detect the location of partial discharge in switchgear,analyze and store the detected data,and fully meet the needs of on-site test,and provide a research basis for live detection of high voltage switchgear.
