Research On Mechanical Properties Of Small-diameter Wood Flat Pallets

Pallet is an important equipment used in logistics handling,carrying and transportation.It is the basic operation unit in modern logistics system.It can provide great convenience and efficiency for logistics mechanization.At the same time,it is also an important symbol to measure the level of logistics in a country.With the continuous development of the national logistics industry,pallets are constantly innovating in making raw materials.The purpose of this study is to study the mechanical properties of the universal pallets of new small diameter timber from the economic,technological and environmental aspects.The main contents are as follows:1.Explaining the design structure,type,size and making process of the pallet and introducing the basic requirements for the mechanical properties of the small-diameter wood pallet.2.The three-point bending test was used to test the performance of the small-diameter wood.The material parameters,the static bending strength and the elastic modulus of the main raw material for the small-diameter wood pallet were obtained,which provided data support for the subsequent theoretical research.3.The theoretical calculation of the mechanical properties of small-diameter wood pallet,including:calculation of bending strength and bending stiffness of small-diameter wooden pallets under flexural,forklift,and stacking tests,sums up the mechanics formula for small-diameter wooden pallets.4.Test the mechanical properties of the small-diameter wood pallet.Through the simulation of different working conditions of pallets,bending test,forklift test and stacking test are performed.Test results are obtained and test data are analyzed to determine whether the small-diameter wooden pallets are in accordance with National testing standards.5.By comparing the mechanical performance test results and theoretical calculation results of the small-diameter wood pallet,the mechanical formulas of the small-diameter wooden universal flat trays under different working conditions were checked and corrected.The research results show that the mechanical properties of the small flat wood universal flat tray are in accordance with the national testing standards,and the mechanical design formula after calibration has practical significance for the subsequent improvement of the material,structure and design of the small-diameter wood pallet.The research results will provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and industrialization of the small-diameter wood pallet.
