Nowadays,China is experiencing a new round of medical revolution.Pharmacies are also an important part to be renewed.The prosperous development of medical industry and the conquer of large amounts of medical problems makes the appearance of many new medicine,which makes the outpatient pharmacy overwhelmed.Recent years,many hospitals use automatic dispenser instead of traditional dispensing.As the domestic technology is still immature and foreign device can not totally match domestic medical condition,which cause many problems during the using of automatic dispenser.Most of Medicine tanks in the market are slope,which have character of little medicine quantity and huge influence on medicine boxes.In order to solve problems of low efficiency and high error rate during the domestic digital establishment,with the basement of the appeared dispensing method,design requirement of automatic dispenser has been concluded and three design scheme of upright-medicine-tank automatic dispenser has been determined at first.Then,choice has been made by advantages-and-defects analyzing.Design and calculation are mostly made on upright medicine tank and dispensing device.Transfer devices have been chosen.Motive force analyzing and structure optimization of base plate have been made with software of Ansys workbench.Finite element analysis of dispensing shaft is made based on parameter establishment and parameter optimization is made based on fatigue analysis in static structure module,which results in the development of fatigue property of dispensing shaft and lengthening the fatigue life.Based on kinematic model,Kinematic analysis of driving bevel gears and dispensing shaft have been made with software of Adams.The changing of stresses,velocities and accumulations are concluded to guarantee the design feasibility on theory.At last,model can be machined and assembled.Then,it can be tested to prove the reliability of key parts,deflection angle of dispensing machine,vibration character.Force curves and moving condition curves of dispensing device can be concluded,which guarantee the feasibility and rationality of the design.It also provide a basement for following research and production.
