With the improvement of people’s living standards,the diversity of product packaging has been higher and higher requirements.At the same time,"Internet +"concept," Rural Taobao" business model gradually mature and popular,greatly promoted the development of express and packaging industry.Heat shrinkable automatic packaging production line is a large demand,the rapid development of a packaging machinery.However,China’s current shrinking packaging machine equipment,most dependent on imports,monomer mode packaging machine is also very common,how to improve the level of automation and packaging product quality is the hot research of packaging machinery.In this paper,based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the existing horizontal packaging machine and its control system,aiming at the demand of children’s mattress packaging,have proposed a program that combine the stacking robot,heat shrink packaging machine,automatic through-hole machine and automatic boxing machine integrated into the heat shrink automatic packaging production line.Combine the programmable controller(PLC)stable and reliable features and advantages of computer(PC)in the image and data processing to form a control system of PLC as the core controller and PC as the monitor.According to the mechanical structure and production process requirements of packaging production line,have designed a main and slave control mode,equipped with PLC,sensors,frequency converters and other electrical components,and designed the electrical schematic.At the same time,the corresponding program flow chart is designed for the control function of the master station and each slave station,and some PLC programs are given.In this paper,a three-layer control network of thermal shrink automatic packaging production line is built by fieldbus technology(FCS).The network structure includes:Ethernet information layer,storage and processing of service data and remote monitoring of equipment.Master station CJ1M PLC,from the station CP1H-XA40DT type PLC,PC interconnection,realize real-time data feedback through data transfer and sharing;equipment network layer,the scene of the PLC,touch screen,I/O module,interconnected.Through the field bus technology,you can achieve the system of remote monitoring,field control and data sharing,saving labor costs and improve production efficiency.In this paper,fuzzy PID control technology combining traditional PID control technology and fuzzy control technology is proposed in this paper,which is based on the instability and non-linearity of temperature control of heat shrinkable cavity in existing packaging machine.Based on the fuzzy PID control system architecture,Simulink simulation is carried out.By comparing the simulation results of fuzzy PID control with the simulation results of traditional PID control,the improved fuzzy PID control mode is displayed on the adjustment time and steady-state precision Are superior to the traditional PID control mode.In view of the existing packaging machine heat shrinkage chamber temperature control accuracy is not high and non-linear characteristics,the fuzzy PID control technology based on the combination of traditional PID control technology and fuzzy control technology is proposed.Build a system architecture based on fuzzy PID control and Simulink simulation,the simulation results of fuzzy PID control and Simulation of traditional PID control comparison of the results shows that the improved fuzzy PID control method is superior in adjusting time and steady precision of the traditional PID control mode.
