Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)has the advantages of simple and solid structure,high efficiency,good speed regulation performance,In recent years,it has become the target of popular research,which has greatly improved the recognition and application scope.With the proposal of "One Belt And One Road" strategy,the port has become the direct beneficiaries,and the demand for the port cranes are getting higher and higher.It is not only requires strong stability when loading and unloading,but also requires good speed regulation performance in operation,The traditional speed regulation system is obviously unable to meet the needs.Therefore,this paper will design a speed control system based on SRM for the working characteristics of the port crane.Fuzzy adaptive PID is used in speed outer loop control to improve speed regulation performance and speed range;In the torque inner loop control,direct torque control is used to suppress torque ripple and enhance stability,which provides theoretical support for the application of the port crane.First,the working principle and mathematical equation of the motor body of SRM are introduced and analyzed in detail,In the software environment,the finite element simulation is carried out,and the static characteristic curves of the flux linkage and the torque are obtained,On the basis of the acquired data,the ontology model of SRM is established in MATLAB/Simulink,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the simulation waveform.Secondly,the principle of DTC technology for controlling inner loop is introduced in detail,and the simulation is completed in MATLAB/Simulink,the superiority of suppress torque ripple is highlighted by comparing with the CCC strategy.The structure and working principle of the fuzzy adaptive controller for controlling outer loop are analyzed,and the design of the controller is completed according to the actual requirements.Thirdly,the principle block diagram of speed control system is completed,and the model of the whole system is completed under the MATLAB/Simulink software.The fuzzy adaptive PID speed control system is compared with the traditional PI speed control system.Starting from two aspects of torque and speed,the simulation results are analyzed under different working conditions to verify the superiority of fuzzy adaptive PID speed control system.Finally,with TMS320F28335 as the core to establish the hardware circuit of the SRM system and the design of the flowchart of the software program will be expounded in detail.The debugging work of the whole speed control system is completed on the experimental platform,and the experimental results are compared with the simulation results under the same working conditions.While verifying the correctness of the simulation results,it will give a further explanations that the fuzzy adaptive PID speed control system can achieve good control effect no matter in the response rate and anti-interference of speed or the suppression of torque ripple.
