UHV transmission lines play an increasingly important role in the transmission of electricity.It refers to a line that transports electricity with above DC ±800 KV,AC 1000 KV voltage.The Changji-Guquan ±1100kv UHV DC under construction in China,is the most advanced technology,the largest transmission capacity,the highest voltage grade in the world.Compared with UHV transmission lines,UHV transmission not only enhances the transmission capacity and voltage level of power,but also realizes the long-distance power system interconnection function and greatly enhances the function and efficiency of power transportation."3S" technology is a general term for remote sensing technology,global positioning system and geographic information system.With the continuous improvement of 3S technology,it has been widely used in the design,construction and operation of UHV lines.On the basis of expounding the technical principle and development status of 3S technology,this paper studies the application of 3S technology in the survey and design engineering measurement of Changji-Guquan ± 11000 kV UHV transmission line,and analyzes the application results and data.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The application of 3S technology in the design stage of UHV transmission line is designed and realized,which promotes the transformation of measurement operation mode and improves production efficiency.(2)3S technology is fully applied in surveying and design engineering of Changji-Guquan ±1100kv UHV HVDC transmission line.GIS system and aerial photogrammetric technology are chosen for path scheme,can reduce half of the external workload of the measuring staff;using aerial survey technology to measure the horizontal section of the line can improve the measuring efficiency of the flat section;the application of GPS technology in line alignment,flat section surveying and positioning process improves the efficiency of the external operation,Can ensure the quality of work results,conducive to follow-up construction work.(3)The use of aerial digital photogrammetric systems can reduce the external workload of line measurement.Through the experimental data analysis,when there is no shelter on the ground,the elevation of the plane coordinates collected by digital photogrammetric can meet the requirements for the production of 1:5000 horizontal and 1:500 vertical flat cross-section maps;When the ground is blocked,such as dense forest area,the coordinates and elevation accuracy are low,and it is necessary to use GPS to make up the measurement in the final survey to obtain the data that meets the requirements of the accuracy of the results.
