Research On Cost Control Of B Office Building Construction Project In Panjin GM Company

As the main content of project management,the cost control work can not only help enterprises to gain more considerable economic benefits,but also help enterprises to improve their core competitiveness to a large extent.The importance of improving cost control strategies is also obvious for construction enterprises in the same fierce competition environment.In the construction project of the construction enterprise,many project managers have set up a perfect cost control system in advance,which makes the cost control of the whole project in the preparation stage,the construction stage and the completion settlement stage is not in place,thus bringing some economic losses to the construction enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cost control of construction enterprises.The construction project of the B office building contracted by Panjin GM Company started construction in January 2018.Based on its basic understanding,the cost control status of the project is analyzed.It is found that the main existence of the cost control basic work is weak,the relationship separation between the cost and the work schedule,and the lack of perfect project responsibility and the combination of cost management.At the same time,this paper also designs the cost control system of the construction project of Panjin GM company B office building,which mainly includes three aspects of the pre project cost control system,the construction phase cost control system and the project completion and acceptance stage cost control system,so as to improve the cost control of the construction project.Through the study of the whole process of the construction project of B office building,it is found that the cost control and control of the project runs through the whole construction process,that is,the project is in the stage of construction preparation,construction,and completion acceptance.Therefore,the construction enterprise must use the cost control method scientifically in all aspects of the construction project,so that the construction enterprises can realize the expected goal of the project and help the construction enterprises to improve the economic profit.At the same time,the complete cost control system of the office building construction project in this paper also has certain reference value for other construction enterprises to raise the cost control level.
