| Nowadays Indonesian economy is facing the stage of improvement,provoked by Jokowi Widodo as the President.The new regulation for Indonesian economy brings a bright future for a local company to being enterprise.However,besides the country is a member of a different organisation such as CIVETS countries,which means that the country is stable and has huge potential.Indonesia also the only country who did not influence by global economic The government political power also support the economic.According to the economic situation,there are a lot of Indonesian company trying to be an enterprise in some countries,for instance,Dubai,Saudi Arabia,Singapore,Malaysia,Australia,and China.There are several aims of this dissertation.First,is to help Indonesian company who try to enter the Chinese market and give an understanding about the Chinese market in general and all the challenges also opportunities entry strategies can be applied due to the situation.Second is to find and discuss a proper entry strategy on the Chinese market for the particular Indonesian Company,identify the main challenges and how to avoid them.The Chinese market is specified,at it is the mining market,marble and granite stone.The newcomer from Indonesia Company is necessary to understand about the Chinese market fully.The methodology is based on the actual case study of Indonesian Company,which try to enter the Chinese Market on Oct 2016.Therefore primary empirical data has been collected by interviews with the owner of the company.Moreover,to understand how this business operates in China,there were interviews conducted with representatives of the most significant players in this sector.According to the data,this thesis will be helpful for Indonesian and other International Companies,which are trying and involving in the mining sector and willing to enter the Chinese market.This research is done in a deductive way,which means it starts from the basic knowledge about the country and the market also ends up with a particular company who are working and entering the market nowadays. |
