Fujian shuikou power group co.,LTD is the largest conventional hydropower enterprises in east China,with three power companies and five hydropower station.After years of enterprise information construction,the construction of the power station owned by Shuikou Group Company has built the intelligent operation and supervision system,such as on-site information collection,production control,dispatch management and so on,which mainly takes the computer monitoring system as the main body and the safe operation and basically meets the needs of daily operation.However,due to the various automation systems of the company,the automation systems are not able to integrate the resources of the existing systems from the global height,which is limited by the different levels of development and the technical ability of the manufacturers.It is difficult to establish an efficient intelligent decision-making system to curb the company's production,management and decision-making capacity to enhance.So there is still a big gap between the current level of intelligent and automation of hydropower plant demand standards and need to carry out unified planning and resource integration.As a result,in order to realize the intelligent goal of hydropower plant,it has practical significance to deeply analyze the information management needs of Shuikou Group and to build Shuikou Group enterprise integrated decision analysis platform.The construction of the platform aims to improve the efficiency of power generation,reduce the labor intensity,improve the management level,ensure the safety of the power grid and increase the enterprise efficiency.At the same time,it is hoped that the research results of this article will provide a reference of safe and economical operation and efficiency optimization to the same type of hydropower plant.Firstly this article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the information management of Shuikou Group Company,analyzes the internal flow and acquisition data of the existing automation systems in the business processes of Shuikou Group,and realizes the data extraction,querying,decision making,analysis and presentation of the integrated platform through the data center.Secondly,with the digital factory information,networked communication platform,standardized information sharing,the integration of advanced applications as the basic requirements,to explore and study how to collect and measure data from the same data source.To meet the optimization needs of cost,efficiency and management,the ultimate goal of maximizing the efficiency of enterprises is achieved as the integrated platform support the advanced functions of state maintenance,flood control decision,project safety,and communication supervision.This article sort out the needs of the integrated decision analysis platform combined with the results of research in the company's relevant business departments carried out by the author and the experience of information construction and management.Finally,this article constructs an integrated decision analysis platform suitable for the actual production operation and management of Shuikou Group Company on the basis of demand research and technical analysis,including design and implementation of the overall structure of the platform,hardware and software system,function module,database,interface and connector.It also evaluates the application effect of the platform in the production,operation and management link,and puts forward the prospect of its future development and its application prospect in the power system.
