The construction industry plays an important role in the development of China's national economy.With the development of China's economy,the state has gradually increased investment in the construction of the process,while enterprises in the project cost control management is very weak.At present,China's construction enterprises in the project cost management is still in an extensive,empirical management level,There are many problems such as unclear cost management,unclear cost responsibility,lack of cost management proceduresand links,unscientific cost management methods,and often out of control cost management,These,circumstances,seriously,affect,the,profits,and,development,enterprises.,of enterprises.(1)First of all,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the construction industry,reflecting the importance of the project cost management in the field of construction engineering.(2)In this paper,the basic theories of target management,cost management and target cost management are discussed,including their meaning,classification and characteristics,etc.Particularly important are: cost forecasting and cost planning.Cost control,cost accounting and cost management.(3)In this paper,A company management status and related data survey,using data analysis and questionnaire survey methods,The difficulties encountered in the concrete implementation of the target cost management of construction projects are discussed.Then,the specific problems existing in the cost management of engineering projects in A office are searched and analyzed.In view of these specific problems,the author puts forward corresponding solutions and measures,and carries out a comprehensive cost management system design for A company.(4)Through the above research,the purpose of this article is to urge A company to strengthen internal cost management,and promote its construction enterprise cost management to standardized and sound track,and then improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.The traditional conclusion:In the construction project of A company,the cost budget is a link that cost management can not ignore.It is necessary for project managers to pay enough attention to it and continuously improve the budget level.We must put the cost management center in the project cost budget link,it is the entire project cost management foundation.The relevant system to ensure the smooth operation of the project management system should be systematized.In the management system design is completed,in the company's existing rules and regulations framework,but also need to develop some compliance with the management system of the relevant system,specifically for the target management system service.Only when the company's existing rules and regulations and management system for the design of the relevant system to form a perfect system,in order to make the management system more reasonable,in operation to obtain a strong guarantee.
