| Nowadays,competitions between construction enterprises become more and more intensive as the rapid development of the construction industry.Cost management and control has been the key path to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprise.Research on construction enterprise cost control mainly focus on Target Cost Management,Activity Based Cost Management,Value Chain Management and Project Management,and has achieved effective results of cost management and control.However,most construction enterprise take the project operation during project construction.Resources balance and information communication are rarely considered on the whole company,which forms the "Information Isolated Island".What’s more,as construction projects and construction environment growing more and more complex,extensive cost control and management do not follow the effectiveness.Although the construction enterprises have conducted their own ERP system,there is no combination of the construction project itself to balance the resources and so on.With the opening of the national infrastructure development and construction PPP project,complex and huge project will have their time.As above,dynamic systematic methods of cost management and control are inevitable.Based on theory of construction enterprise value chain analysis and activity based cost management,this thesis constructs the normal enterprise cost control model.On the analysis of construction internal value chain and external industry value chain,the idea of resources scheduling optimization and co-ordination of resource planning on the stage of construction cost planning to reduce construction project costs was proposed.The information system for construction enterprises to provide detailed management and information management ideas,through the integration of building information model,in the project design,project budget,project construction,project acceptance and other stages of decomposition and decomposition of resources to improve operations schedule control,dynamic use of resources management and control,to achieve real-time cost control,high efficiency,dynamic and scientific cost management and control. |
