Activity-oriented Engineering Design Project Cost Management Research

TP TP Group Corporation is China’s share in the Chinese company, mainly engaged in chemical, biomedical fields of engineering design and project management services. With China as the representative of the rise of emerging markets in Asia Pacific, a growing number of international engineering company’s business focus from Europe, America, Middle East and Asian markets turned, plant design competition has become very intense, TP China to the company’s existing work oriented engineering design project cost management model is facing severe challenges. TP Chinese companies urgently need to change the current project cost management model to improve design efficiency and reduce costs to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, operating cost management in the engineering design project application as the main object of study, through the analysis of existing TP Chinese branch to working hour-oriented engineering design project cost management shortcomings, combined with the engineering characteristics of the project, the cost of the engineering design project management research.By activity-based costing management in the use of value chain analysis to explore the engineering design to eliminate non-value-added activities, reduce design costs of specific methods. Also discussed how to use the activity-based costing method, the establishment of enterprises operating activity-oriented engineering design project cost management new model.
