Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,non-renewable energy consumption continues to increase,resulting in pollution is becoming more serious,and ground source heat pump technology as a building energy-saving technology,because of its efficient,environmentally friendly,consistent with the concept of sustainable development,has a wide range of applications in the northern region of China.But at the same time,due to the system design,management and other reasons,some practical projects appear that energy efficiency is low,the use of the results is not ideal,and to a certain extent,this restricted the large-scale application of ground source heat pump technology,and there is no effective means to monitor it in long-term real-time and effectively,so this paper designed a flow measurement system used to observe the flow of the pipeline distribution if makes the system running in balance;On this basis,the flow measurement system is applied to the ground source heat pump energy efficiency monitoring system,to test and analysis the running energy efficiency of the system in real-time.Based on the virtual instrument development platform Lab VIEW2013 of NI company as the foundation of software,based on the hardware of sensor and data acquisition card,combined with the serial communication program,we mainly design the software program of the flow measurement systems and energy efficiency monitoring part.This paper firstly introduces the domestic and foreign research present situation of the virtual instrument,the ground source heat pump energy efficiency monitoring system and the flow measurement technology,the concept,function and characteristics of the software Lab VIEW are introduced in detail,illustrates several preparatory work;Secondly,the performance characteristics of sensors and data acquisition card are introduced and we make the corresponding selection,and then mainly focuse on the software part of system design.Software design is using modular concept,and it mainly include the login module,data calculation module,data storage module,read module and analysis module,etc.,after collecting the data information,calculate the flow through the program,and then calculate the hydraulic balance according to the flow,and according to the imbalance rate and hydraulic balance to determine whether the hydraulic system is in balance state;after the design of the flow measurement system is completed,at the same time we apply the design to the energy efficiency monitoring part of ground source heat pump system,and through the display of the energy efficiency monitoring indicators temperature,heat transfer,power consumption and energy efficiency ratio to reflect the system energy efficiency,it can reflect the system running efficiency.The designed system can continuously collect sensor signal,realize the acquisition,storage,and reading of the data,and analysis the results.Finally,further to debug and memory optimization program,and then we can complete the software package.Through the whole design,testing and analysis of the whole issue,the flow measurement system is thought that can be used for practical application,we can use it to measure the flow of piping system,and then determine its operating status and monitor the operating energy efficiency of the entire ground source heat pump system,and monitor that whether the ground source heat pump system is running in a status of high efficiency and energy saving in real-time,long-term and effectively.
