| Boiler,which transfers coal and other energy to thermal energy,is a special equipment and is widely applied in various fields.It belongs to special equipment of type B and it’s production should be required to monitor by national safety monitoring department.As the main support structure of boiler,steel frame plays an important role in safety and reliability.This paper takes the steel frame in 70MW coal water slurry boiler as the research object.Correlation program was compiled with MATLAB to realize its linear regressive analysis,and the static analysis,modal analysis,seismic response and wind load response was completed based on NX platform.The results have an important guiding sense to the actual production.Firstly,create parametric model in NX.Calculation and application of dead load,live load and wind load based on equivalent theory according to relevant provisions.Completed the static analysis of the steel frame and calibrated the results of deformation,stress,reaction force and bending moment.Secondly,calculate and analyze the natural vibration characteristics of the steel frame by the Lamczos method.The preceding 30 natural frequencies and mode shapes of the steel frame are acquired.The characteristics of stiffness distribution and the causes of local vibration are discussed.Thirdly,analyze the influence of earthquake on steel frame by two methods,including response spectrum and time history.Design the response spectrum curve and complete the response spectrum by the advanced simulation function of NX;In addition,the time-history response characteristics of steel frame are analyzed,in which①EL-Centro wave,②Tianjin and③artificial seismic waves were used as excitation loads respectively.Calibrated the results of the deformation and strength of steel frame under seismic response.Finally,compile and simulate the pulsating wind speed curve by linear regression filter method in Monte Carlo,based on MATLAB.The mean wind and the pulsation time history curve are used as the excitation load,and the time history of the steel frame under the wind load is completed.Calibrated the results of the deformation and strength of steel frame under wind load. |
