As China's economy and society continue to advance,people's demand for automobiles has become increasingly strong,and the number of car buyers has continued to increase.In each car trading website,there is a large number of evaluations for each car.The evaluation information includes all aspects of the car,such as appearance,acceleration,noise,and fuel consumption.The evaluation information about these vehicles has great reference significance for consumers.However,at present,the way people obtain vehicle evaluation information is still browsing the automobile trading websites one by one,and there is no effective solution to extract and integrate all vehicle evaluation information for a certain vehicle of all automobile trading websites.For example,the Audi Q7 car,there is a lot of evaluations in car trading sites such as Car Home,New Apparel,and Renren.However,these evaluation information are scattered.In this situation,we have designed and implemented a data collection and retrieval system for automotive product defect information,aiming to use advanced computer technology to achieve rapid automotive product defect information collection,extract effective information,and help car buyers make decisions.During the course of research,it was discovered that as a traditional technique in the field of data collection,web crawlers have achieved good results in many fields such as data storage,data mining,and data analysis,and have received high attention from the academic and industrial communities.Therefore,we chose web crawler to perform vehicle evaluation information collection and use VPN proxy servers to hide local IP addresses,achieve rapid information collection.Moreover,thinking about Lucene's powerful function in full-text search processing,Java programming is used in the information retrieval session to improve search speed.The automotive product defect information collection and retrieval system is based on crawler and Lucene,modular design scheme was adopted,and each module was developed by mature technology.The web crawler is used as vehicle evaluation information collection technology,and the ability of VPN hiding the local host IP address is used to accelerate the crawler's visit to the car web page.C/C++ is used to develop the main program.In this module,the RAS function library will be introduced to accelerate the VPN connection speed.Information retrieval uses open source Lucene technology,which uses inverted indexing to index vehicle defect information and speeds up retrieval.Communication with other systems adopts network methods,which avoids communication obstacles due to system heterogeneity and the system can be used together with the query interface.This system addresses the functional needs of vehicle defect information retrieval,uses VPN,web crawler,and Lucene to design collection and retrieval functions,filling vacancies of automobile defect information acquisition services in automobile transaction market,making it possible for consumers to use the vehicle evaluation information efficiently on the website,further strengthens the ability of consumers to judge the merits of cars,which is of great significance for maintaining the interests of consumers.
