The on-line dynamic weighing is refers to that the products' weight information can be detected during dynamic transportation.It is widely used in industry and commercial.With the rapid development of social economy,there is an urgent need for the high accuracy and on-line dynamic control,intelligent,portable,multifunctional and high efficient new dynamic weighing scales.According to the overall design requirements of the on-line dynamic quality detection,this paper present the cantilevered horizontal double-roller's quality inspection mechanism,and established mechanical model for it,and calculation and analysis the relation of the weight of heavy objects-deflection of cantilever beam-strain gauge deformation-output voltage of bridge,and the massdeformation equation is derived.According to the detection mechanism,the transmission,weighing,sorting general detection scheme and five functional modules are defined.On the basis of this,the overall arrangement of the mechanical structure is determined,and the motion and dynamic analysis are carried out,then make an mechanical design of the main structure.After determining the mechanical structure,the Solid Works is used to verify the quality-deformation relationship in the detection mechanism.The simulation and theoretical comparison of the mass-deformation curve are obtained.The reasonable interval and error compensation of the theoretical formula are pointed out.According to the general function requirements of the measurement and control system,the overall arrangement of the hardware part is defined.Taking the STM32F103R8T6 as the core microprocessor.The scheme of signal acquisition and processing circuit,A/D conversion,keyboard input,liquid crystal display circuit,frequency conversion speed regulation and mechanical arm control scheme are designed.Finally,according to the overall design of the hardware part,the overall control process is clarified.and the design of system initialization program and signal acquisition program,sorting program,liquid crystal display program and motor speed regulation program are completed.Therefore,the overall software design of the measurement and control system has been completed.It makes the hardware and software of the whole function module of the measurement and control system complete and reasonable.
