With the upgrade of the Chinese intelligent equipment and informative industry and the thoroughness of environmental concept,as the common electric appliance of the low-voltage distribution system,more subjects and modern design and advanced manufacturing technology are mixed into the updates of the AC contactor’s products.The stable Operation is the necessary part to assure the safe working of power grid,Therefore the series research such as the performance index test of its product prototype is essential.Compared to the other type AC contactor,the remarkable feature of the permanent magnet intelligent AC Contactor is to lower the energy consumption,however the question need to be solved at present is to assure its outage opening.According to the principle of permanent magnet that the homopolar magnetic field’s repulsion and the heteropolar magnetic field’s attraction,and the very high accumulation of magnetic energy and coercivity of the NdFeB permanent magnet,this paper design a new type of permanent magnet intelligent ac contactor which could guarantee the outage opening and have electromagnetism controlled reaction.The operating mechanism of this contactor uses one coil as its initiation source and the permanent magnet moving core as the driving unit.Use the design handbook and empirical value as the guiding criteria,finish the material choosing and calculating of the mechanical parts with the comprehensive considering of the durability,environmental conservation and so on.The author used the parameterization and solving function of Ansoft to set the parameter value for unknown model which bases on classical dynamic characteristics theory,proceed the scanning calculating to get the magnetic-field distribution of the permanent magnet intelligent AC Contactor under different air-gap between movable and static core,use binary interpolation method in 3D magnetic field to solve the electromagnetic force and flux linkage of the contactor coil.The author set up the single chip microcomputer control system which could realize the serial communication with PC and the intelligent running of the permanent magnet contactor,complete the expected action programming through the library developing of STM32.Apply the intelligent AC contactor dynamic testing device which based on image measurement to set up the experimental platform,complete the several dynamic characteristics testing by the proficient manipulating of experimental equipment and on-line software.Compared multigroup data of different moving units and phase angle,connect with the simulation results to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the new contactor.The analysis results showed that the contacts of this new type permanent magnet intelligent ac contactor can normally keep open in outrages,it can also realize fast closing and opening.The author applied the rigid body motion’s position calculation,3D motion reconstruction and modeling technique,build the virtual prototype model of the new contactor,set constraints and markers in ADAMS,lead the dynamic experimental data to restore the real motor process of the permanent magnet intelligent AC contactor. |
