Risk Management Research On Project Of Intelligent Traffic Surveillance System

Intelligent traffic surveillance system automatically detects and takes records of vehicle when it goes through the section of road,completes vehicle detection,license plate recognition,at the same time saves the video and photographs.Specific information management system achieves targets of vehicle data networking management and information sharing,it conducive to improving police bureau of actual combat and social management capabilities.According to a number of relevant thesises,risk management research on informationization project has been developed;technology used in intelligent traffic surveillance system such as vehicle detection,license plate recognition,large data storage and intelligent analysis have been relatively mature and widely used.Due to high technological content of informationization project,large investment in capital and risk factors of uncertainty,a lot of experience and lessons from failure projects,effective management of main risks of the projects has a positive and practical meaning.This thesis proposes the whole life cycle division of the project,divides it into the stages of decision,design and implemetation,operation and maintenance,analyzes concrete risk management in all stages.The main risks are:the first,decision stage:construction funds,requirements,technological risks;the second,design and implemetation stage:organizational pattern and human resource,design,rate of progress,quality,information security risks;the third,operation and maintenance stage:maintenance cost,maintenance mechanism,system stability,technical documents,system application risks.Risk management is a complex system engineering,always in the process of continuous change and development.In this thesis,the theory of risk management is applied to the practical work of the informationization project,identify and assess the project risks and give the response measures,respectively use measures such as ease risks,prevent risks,avoid risks,transfer risks and receive risks,also enhance risks supervision,promote the successful implementation of the project,get better results in the end.It can also provide references for other video surveillance network system project risk management.
