| Today,with the increasingly serious environmental problems and energy crisis,energy conservation and emissions reduction has become a new task faced all over the world.With the progress of society and the development of science and technology,people seek the harmony between man and nature and advocate the way of environmentally-friendly,green transportation has become a key direction in the development of energy conservation and emission reduction among countries.Electric vehicles as the representative of green transport with energy saving,environmental protection and cleaning,etc.With the increase of the total amount of electric vehicles in the whole society,the electric vehicles charging infrastructure construction will become the most critical part of traffic development in the future and solve the problem of electric vehicles charging.In practical applications,the reasonable and effective design can improve the ability of the user’s information processing and reliable operation so as to reduce mistakes happen;At the same time,the charging behavior of reliable and efficient allow the users to produce good operating experience,and can improve the user’s satisfaction and trustworthiness for the charging infrastructure to facilitate popularization of electric vehicles.This issue as a practical engineering application,this paper puts operational reliability as the breakthrough point so the main work in this dissertation is improved design for the human-computer interaction unit(pile body,human-computer interaction interface,charging plug),and put forward the improvement scheme based on the first generation of charging pile products.First of all,it is clear that the purpose and object of this research,penetrate into research and analysis of current research trends,forward development and the corresponding results have been achieved on the subject to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of the subject;Secondly,by means of the market research to analyzed and introduced the concept,type,market development status of charging pile,the relevant national and industry technical standards and its system structure and working principle of charging pile;Thirdly,by means of carrying out a detailed research about the product and target users,through the research and analysis found that although there are many brands and types of charging pile on the market,but there is not a unified standard,product quality and user experience is uneven and so on;Including the operation process is cumbersome,the charging plug does not conform to the Ergonomics and it need prodigious potency dimension,so that reducing the user experience;At the same time,the shape,color,material and other aspects of charging piles is inflexible and monotonous,make users feel coldness of mechanical equipment and fear of electrical equipment so that make it difficult for the users to get close and communicate.Based on the results of the above research and analysis,we draw the opportunity to improve the design;Fourthly,make a detailed analysis of influencing factors to improve the operational reliability in terms of modeling,color,structure and material,human-computer interaction,interactive interface,and other aspects respectively;Fifth,based on the above research analysis,summary the design principle and proposed overall design requirements and design orientation of product appearance,conduct the project design on this topic research,via the design practice to verity the innovation points concluded from the research and analysis;Eventually,starting with the design and analysis of the product family of charging piles and carry out design according to the characteristics of product style concluded,make a serialization for the charging pile developed on this subject and realizes the target of family design finally.A series of electric vehicle charging piles that this issue has developed can make the company’s products satisfy the needs of charging pile project bidding and purchasing for domestic and foreign markets and also enrich the company’s product line of charging pile;Meanwhile,the products developed as part of the charging infrastructure have the vital significance to promote the popularity of electric vehicles. |
