According to the existing medical head mounted operating lamp,its appearance is relatively heavy,and when used,affected by the length of the wire,the size and weight of equipment and manual adjustment and other factors.It was increased the operation unnecessary time.Therefore,a headlamp operation lamp based on eye tracking technology is put forward.The device can not only track the doctor's line of sight,adjust the direction of illumination quickly,achieve the effect of "light with eye movement",but also adjust the brightness of the lamp,so that it can help the doctor finish the operation.Eye tracking technology is to obtain the information of human eye injection view through a series of algorithms.It is a new way of human-computer interaction,compared with other interactive methods,eye movement threshold is relatively low,no other external equipment,less affected by the environment,the application scene is unrestricted,more humane.Eye movement interaction technology is more in line with people's intuition.The medical head eye movement control operation lamp selects the eye pupil center as the characteristic tracking scheme,which realizes the adjustment of the direction of the lamp's illumination by capturing the eye movement information in the monitoring scene.Medical head mounted eye surgery control lights are based on Intel Cyclone ? FPGA chip as the main controller.They are designed with the eye movement control algorithm to achieve the function of operating lamp based on eye gaze tracking control.Firstly,FPGA is used to denoise the eye image by the median filter algorithm.Secondly,a threshold segmentation technique is used to extract the effective area of the pupil.Thirdly,the center coordinates of the effective area of the pupil are extracted by the center of gravity method.It is used to detect and track the pupil of eyes.Then,the real time tracking of the line of sight is realizedby the frame difference method.Finally complete the design of the eye movement control algorithmThe hardware of this system is mainly composed of 4 parts,which are image acquisition module,FPGA main control module,motor drive module and LED control module.When the system works,the eye image of the user is collected in real time through the image acquisition module and transmitted to the FPGA main control module to complete the eye movement control algorithm.And adjust the motor drive module and LED control module so as to adjust the motor drive module and LED control module,and finally realize the design of operating light based on eye movement control.The experimental results show that eye tracking accuracy is 92.9%,the system resource consumption rate is 32%.Therefore,this scheme can detect and track the real-time eye movement as so as can achieve high precision and low power consumption,which has very good guidance and promotion significance for achieving human-computer interaction based on the eye tracking technology.
