Research On The Progress Of The Renovation Project Of The Historical And Cultural District Of West Block Of Beijing Street

With the rapid development of the modern economy,the appearance of the city is constantly changing.All cities are devoted to building landmark buildings,and these new buildings perfectly illustrate the unique design.However,with the change of people's concept,it is gradually found that the most unique thing about a city is its historical memory,and the buildings with sense of times in the city are full of historical traces left behind in this city.However,because of the disrepair and the unforeseen destruction brought by the urban development to historic buildings,it has aroused widespread concern of government and the society.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out effective protection of rescue and repair for the existing urban historical and cultural relics.South Square historical and culture block in the west lot of Beijing Avenue is the historical representative building of Changchun formed in the period of Mantetsu.There are plenty of cultural heritage resources in this block,and a large number of traditional style buildings,which fully embodies the profound historical background of the block.The structure of block is clear and complete,which can fully reflect the historical and traditional features of the Mantetsu period.The implementation of the project is to protect the cultural relics and historical buildings,is to do well in the regulation and improvement of history and cultural blocks,is to do a good job in the display of historical urban pattern and the promotion of the environment,and also related to the improvement of the nearby residents' living conditions.This paper takes the restoration project of historical and cultural block in the west lot of Beijing Avenue as a case study of schedule management.This thesis adopts the literature research method,the experience summary method to collect the relevant literature of schedule management,and to sort out the literature achievement,which serves as the basic data of this research.This thesis also draws reference to the related research literature of historical building restoration;in order to have a scientific understanding of the schedule management research of the project.For the restoration project of historical building,in consideration of the particularity of the surrounding environment and the complexity of the restoration procedure,researchers should also draw on experience of similar project management and combine with the actual situation of the project in the process of schedule management research,in order to make a better schedule management plan which accords with the project problem.And this thesis applies the Scientific Management Theory and the Project Management and other related theories,especially statistical analysis and causality analysis,to analyze the problems and influence factors of project schedule management;in order to provide basic conditions for the follow-up project schedule management.In addressing progress management issues,this thesis analyzes and researches by using Gantt Chart,Network Planning and other methods combining with Dynamic Control Principle.Through Programming principle of schedule plan,it will start with the program of the initial schedule plan,and compare the current actual schedule plan.Through optimizing schedule plan to satisfy the overall schedule target,the author makes schedule control plan and provide support for the follow-up control of schedule plan.At last,the author concludes the schedule control strategy and ensures the implementation of schedule control program from three aspect of quality,management,resources.Through the above research,it can be concluded that: in the project schedule management,WBS,Gantt Chart,and Network Planning Theory are the basis of schedule management.Through the implementation of PDCA Cycle Schedule control strategy,it can efficiently adjust and optimize the project schedule management.And under the protection of relevant measures it can effectively control all aspects of the construction,so as to provide implementation basis for this project schedule management work and achieve the expected target of schedule management.
