Hy-Vo silent chain is widely used in the field of mechanical transmission.Compared with ordinary chain transmission,such as roller chain,round pin silent chain,etc.,Hy-Vo silent chain has the advantages of high precision,low noise,and suitable for high-speed reload.The dual-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain is based on the design concept of "multivariate variation",and the phase variation is carried out.The dual-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain retains the original advantages of single-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain,and its bearing capacity is improved a lot.Compared with the single-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain,the polygon effect has been reduced,and the fluctuationof the tight side,noise and vibration have been improved.Along the phase variation research direction,this paper combined with the National Natural Science Foundation of China “the variation mechanism and key design technology of silent chain”,“research of multi-variation and meshing theory for dual phase transmission system of Hy-Vo silent chain ”,and Jilin Province Science and Technology PlanningProjects “the key technology research of multiphase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain”.The development and application of the HyVo silent chain are described.The needed progress of the Hy-Vo silent chain products is analyzed.The plate,sprocket and cutlerymeshing relationship of the multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain systemis expounded.The structure size of main components of the multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain are established.the three-dimensional model and dynamic model of the multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain system are established.Dynamic simulation of the multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain is carried out,and its dynamic data are extracted.The dynamic characteristics such as tight edge fluctuation,instantaneous transmission ratio and meshing contact force are analyzed.Through the modal analysis of the HyVo silent chain,the intrinsic properties are determined.By means of topological optimization,the lightweight design of the multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain is realized.Based on the phase number variation,the structure of the multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain system is designed.The involute tooth profile equation of the multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain sprocket.From the mathematical point of view,the lateral fluctuation quantity of tight edge of single-phase,dual-phase and multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain system are derived.The dynamic data of chain plates are extracted,and the influence factors of the dynamic characteristics such as the lateral fluctuation quantity of the tight edge,instantaneous transmission ratio and meshing contact force are analyzed.The analytics solution of the HyperMesh and ANSYS Workbench joint simulation is designed,and the nature frequency and the nature mode of vibration of tight edge are obtained relatively accurate.The removable material area of the multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chainsprocket is determined through the topology optimization module of ANSYS Workbench,and the light weight of the multi-phase transmission Hy-Vo silent chain system is realized.
