Design And Implementation Of Traffic Contorl System Based On Highway Traffic Flow

Since 1960s,with the rapid development of science and technology in the world,the world's fastest growing infrastructure.Expressway has the characteristics of high speed,high traffic volume,high economic and social benefits,and plays an important role in our national economy.In recent years,the development of China's highway mileage has made considerable progress,officially overtook the us to become the world's first,with the "13th Five-Year" plan continues to advance,China's highway mileage will continue to refresh the world record.In spite of the highway construction in China to catch up with the developed countries,but in the highway traffic safety management,China and other developed countries the gap is not narrowing,there is still a lack of technical support for management decision-making and effective emergency disposal and major protection activities for lack of ability,traffic information release is not timely issues,urgent construction to promote the highway information management.Based on the author's own work experience,analysis and Research on the control of expressway information at home and abroad,aiming at the present development situation of Expressway in Fujian province and the existing problems,from the perspective of system engineering,the use of computer information technology to design a set of suitable for the expressway management system of Fujian Province,the main research contents of this paper includes the following three aspects:(1)application for highway information management needs,specific problems using structured analysis method,the analysis of the current highway traffic management in the process of analysis and detennine the business flow and function demand of the expressway management system.(2)using the multilayer architecture model and layered design method to control the traffic flow data as the core,design and construct a general technical framework of highway management system,including data layer,data access layer,business support layer,business application layer,presentation layer and user layer.(3)based on the actual needs of highway traffic safety management,this paper designs and implements the function module of the expressway management system.
