Aiming at the problem that the leaf stomata of outdoor living plants can not be observed at present,an imager is developed to obtain the stomatal images of leaves in the normal physiological activities of plant leaves.This device solves the shortcomings of traditional optical microscope system is bulky,high power consumption,inconvenient to carry,in the flourishing dense plants cannot install etc.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,combined with the needs and existing conditions,the design parameters of the device and the design of the overall program were clarified.Finally,the stomatal aperture imaging of living plants was realized.Secondly,the overall structure of the device is designed.The structure of the device is designed with SolidWorks 3D drawing software,and the optimal structure design scheme is found out.In addition,the other hardware devices of the device are selected.Thirdly,the design of front and rear end optical system and the selection of optical fiber image beam are finished.The structure and working principle of the optical system are determined by the experimental verification.The selection of the optical device is completed according to the requirement of the design target.Fourthly,designed to complete the embedded system hardware and software design.The principle of the circuit and the selection of electronic components,the hardware circuit mainly by the Cortex-M3 STM32 single-chip microcomputer and complemented by other peripheral circuit components in the schematic design to fully consider the outside interference,and conduct The software design,the use of modular programming to increase the portability of the program,etc.,by transplanting ?COS-II embedded real-time operating system,file system,etc.to increase the program scalability,stability and image storage convenience,Designed the UI interface and can operate through the capacitive touch screen,in addition to an increase in the device boot automatically when the function of the peripheral self-testand the task is running the normal processing mechanism.Finally,through the practical use of the device,the images of leaf stomata of outdoor living plants were obtained,which laid a foundation for further obtaining stomatal aperture value.Finally,The results show that the instrument can effectively observe the stomata of the leaves of living plants with the height less than 2m and the size less than 80 mm × 50 mm.
