With the continuous development of the oil retail market,the number of gas stations has been expanding,but also the quality supervision departments of the gas station measurement supervision and management work put forward higher requirements and challenges.In order to solve the problems such as scattered management,insufficient supervision and intermittent monitoring,the design of remote monitoring system for fuel dispenser,combined with network technology,remote communication and data acquisition technology,designed the overall technical scheme and set up simulation Testing platform to verify the operation of the test system for the quality supervision departments to improve the tanker metering supervision,management efficiency and technical level,to provide program reference and technical support.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the technologies of network,remote communication,NFC electronic seal and data acquisition,the remote monitoring system of tanker is designed,the remote communication method of tanker,the application mode of NFC electronic seal and the method of data release and unified management are designed.(2)Developed the hardware configuration and software program design of the server,monitor and management end of the system,solved the data access interface of the server and the background script of the website,and the interaction and anticounterfeiting method of the NFC electronic tag.System program software is designed to debug and test tag read and write,site access management and data storage performance.(3)Based on the virtual instrument technology,the design and development of the tanker simulation monitoring software,simulation tanker sales operation,measurement data generation,monitoring device acquisition records and remote data transmission process,combined with the actual operation of the gas station to complete the tanker remote monitoring system simulation Test experiment,through the experimental results and simulation data analysis,verify the system program to meet the design requirements.
