As the key component of the automobile hydraulic disc brake system,the hydraulic parameters directly affect the safety performance of the vehicle and the comfort of the driver's pedal.At present,to the amount of fluid necessary to achieve automatic detection of brake caliper dynamic equipment almost no more manufacturers still use the design of detection system for semi-automatic operation and instrument display,in hand by manual oiling,easily mixed with air in the hydraulic pipe detection system,detection error caused by manual and semi-automated operation,also lead to the detection of low efficiency.This paper aiming at these problems,the needs of the enterprise and the domestic industry standard based on the required amount of liquid detection system design a brake caliper,can realize the dynamic detection and oiling,required fluid volume and pressure of the oil discharge automatic operation,and the dynamic liquid amount required to detect the theory of simulation,the required liquid test design,required dynamic fluid volume detection and fault diagnosis of brake caliper provide theoretical and simulation basis for brake caliper.The main contents of this research include:(1)to investigate and analysis the detection principle of liquid structure required for brake caliper and master cylinder displacement difference method,is established on the basis of the master cylinder model and the simulation model of AMESim system for mathematical detection,dynamic brake caliper required of liquid volume detection on detection system of master cylinder piston speed and brake caliper structure etc.factors affecting the amount of liquid required for the detection of dynamic detection system for structure optimization design and brake caliper provide simulation and theoretical support for diagnosis of fault.(2)according to the current domestic brake clamp industry standards and the existence of defects and enterprise demand,the brake caliper required liquid testing requirements and test program analysis.On the basis of the above analysis,the overall scheme design of the hardware and software parts of the hydraulic testing system of the brake caliper is carried out.(3)according to the test scheme of the detection system hardware design and software design,hardware design mainly includes the design of mechanical structure and control system of pipeline design and hardware circuit design and the selection of the corresponding components;design software design uses the modular design,including parameter configuration,process control,data acquisition,data management motion control and fault response function.(4)select a manufacturer of brake clamp,the brake caliper design required liquid detection system to test,through the test results to verify the simulation results,the uncertainty calculation analysis and test equipment performance index to measure the detection system,to complete the performance evaluation of the detection system.
