A Research On The Planning And Design Of Ruins Park Based On Context Inheritance

In recent years,the construction of ruins park in our country develops quickly in speed and scale,and has got a certain achievements.But there still exist some problems in which the cognitive bias of park context is the most prominent one.Therefore,in order to maximally protect the ruins while they can be rationally used in design,finding out distinctive design method which the context can be integrated into is especially important.As one of the four great ancient capitals of China,xi 'an has lots of historic sites and examples about the construction of ruins park.Therefore,this paper,which takes Xi 'an Ruins Park as the research object,firstly arrange and analyze the theories and practices about the context and ruins park at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the survey of the development of xi 'an city and ruins park,this paper analyses the resource value,context and the design and planning of Daming Palace National Heritage Park.Finally,after doing document research and case study,this paper puts forward some planning methods.Firstly,survey of the development of xi 'an city and ruins park.Based on the history of the xi 'an,this paper expounds the layout of xi 'an in different historical periods.It also summarizes the general characteristics of Xi 'an ruins parks and divides them into different types according to their element type and ways of display.Meanwhile,through the analysis of the relationship between the park and the city,this essay further discusses the Influential role which the parks play in the continuity of the urban context.Second,based on the survey of Daming palace,this paper analyses how the context be used in Daming Palace National Heritage Park from the cultural value,context and planning.According to the archaeological data and the present situation,this paper establishes an evaluation index system from heritage landscape,nature landscape and culture landscape in which the characteristics have already been considered.Based on the analysis of the context of Daming palace,this paper further analyses the protection,display,overall planning and design,and the element of the landscape design of the ruins.Finally,the planning methods of xi'an ruins parks from the perspective of context.Based on the analysis and research of the context and the planning and design of Daming palace,this paper puts forward two objectives and three principles while protecting ruins,on this basis of which the design methods and strategies of ruins park will be discussed from three aspects: protection mode,overall planning and design,and the display of landscape element.Through the study of this paper,we hope that we can design a comprehensive ruins park which is closely integrated with the urban veins.This paper can provide some reference and enlightenment for future research.
