Planning And Design Of Daqing Linyuan Industrial Ruins Park Based On Ecological Sensitivity Analysis

The construction of Industrial ruins Park is still in its infancy in our country at present.Through the case analysis of the transformation of industrial sites into parks at home and abroad,it can be found that there is no lack of success in accurately locating the site and making rational use of the facilities and objects of the site.The use of appropriate landscape transformation methods to improve the natural environment of the site area,the performance of the park's industrial theme and so on.However,the experience of foreign countries can not be directly copied,the development of domestic industrial heritage parks from the implementation of relev ant policies to the construction system need to be improved,so it is very important to explore the appropriate planning scheme of industrial heritage parks.As an oil industry city,Daqing city has not yet built a large-scale industrial site park,the protection and planning and utilization system of site facilities needs to be improved.The planning of the industrial ruins park is discussed from the establishment of an industrial site park with high site utilization and relatively complete landscape conte nt.,so as to realize the high utilization of industrial site and the upgrading of park landscape ecological structure.(1)The ecological sensitivity of Linyuan Industrial ruins Park in Daqing City was analyzed by Arc GIS software.The elevation,slope direction and potential water network were determined as the influencing factors of ecological sensitivity in this project.The height range of the site is 121.6 m-169.9 m,and the height difference is about 48.3 m.The slope range of the project is less than 15 degrees.And the site covers 8 slope directions in the north,southeast and northwest,in addition to the plane.The results of ecological sensitivity factor analysis showed that 18.84% of the planned areas of Linyuan Industrial ruins Park in Daqing City were highly sensitive areas,62.32% were low sensitive areas and 18.84% were insensitive areas.Therefore,the main ecological sensitivity within the planning scope of this project is relatively moderate.(2)In the aspect of planning,the park sets up the main and secondary landscape axis and the industrial and ecological landscape belt,forming the layout of two axes and two zones.Taking the factory site as the center,eight functional areas are set up in combination with the surrounding green space: lakeside landscape area,ecological restoration area,sports and leisure area,quiet rest area,industrial image exhibition area,children's activity area,elderly activity area and garden management area.The road system in the park is divided into three levels,which is a circular road network.In the aspect of special design,the vertical analysis of park site,plant planting design and the setting of facility sketch are considered.At the same time,the distribution map of terrain design,plant landscape and the balance list of the project land are drawn.(3)The park relies on the factory buildings,tank areas,pipeline facilities,transportation and other facilities of Linyuan Refinery for original preservation or appropriate reconstruction,highlighting the theme of industrial ruins.The reconstruction of site landscape urges it to give full play to the function of popular science education and propaganda and display industrial culture.After screening and retaining,the old building is endowed with mo dern functions to improve the degree of utilization,which is the carrier of the close relationship between people and the site in the park.The plant construction facilities are converted into commercial activity area,production operation experience area and historical and cultural exhibition area in addition to the reserved part.The tank area and pipeline facilities are mainly reserved.the two types of facilities cooperate with each other to create a unique original ecological industrial landscape and display the industrial culture of the park in combination with the green space landscape.Rail transit facilities are mainly reserved,combined with the completion of the use of vehicles to update the use of functions.And some small industrial equipment is renovated and renovated to express the importance of industrial elements in the park in the form of sculptures,allowing industrial culture to permeate every landscape.
