Examples of earthquake damage at home and abroad have shown that the carrying capacity of villages and towns is generally low and the seismic capacity is insufficient.According to the characteristics of high construction period,high product quality,low construction pollution and convenient construction and autoclaved fly ash brick masonry,this paper takes the villages and towns of Shaanxi Province as the main research object,Using the assembled autoclaved fly ash block as the wall,through the test and the finite analysis,the seismic performance of the wall.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The research on the earthquake resistance of rural buildings in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province was carried out.Combined with the research status of assembled buildings and autoclaved fly ash masonry at home and abroad,the autoclaved fly ash wall was selected as the research object.(2)Through 6 autoclaved fly ash masonry specimens,compression performance test,study the failure characteristics,failure mechanism,deformation capacity and the constitutive relation.Finite element analysis for the following chapters prefabricated wall seismic performance of autoclaved fly ash groundwork formula and provide relevant suggestion.The experimental results showed that:(3)The correctness and rationality of the modeling of the masonry masonry model are verified by numerical simulation analysis of two ordinary masonry test walls with different tectonic measures.(4)Through ABAQUS software,the numerical simulation of the walls in the two experiments is carried out to verify the correctness and rationality of ABAQUS and concrete damage plastic model modeling of the assembled masonry model.(5)A 21-wall model was established,and the finite element analysis of the masonry with different tectonic measures and different wall materials was carried out.The influencing factors of the assembly of the autoclaved fly ash brick masonry wall were studied emphatically.It is found that the main factors influencing the seismic performance of the assembled autoclaved fly ash brick masonry are the wall width(aspect ratio)of the wall,the size of the hole in the central area of the wall,the vertical pressure,the secondary influencing factors are mortar Strength level,wall opening position.The specific performance is:①The seismic performance of the structure under the confinement of the composite ring beam and the structural column is similar to that of the conventional cast-in-place ring beam and the structural column.Compared with the non-structural measures,the seismic performance of the wall is improved greatly.Ordinary masonry,The seismic performance of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry is not very different.②The mortar strength grade has a great influence on the bearing capacity and rigidity of the assembled autoclaved fly ash brick masonry wall.The higher the mortar strength grade is,the better the seismic performance of the wall.③wall openings on the assembly of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry wall bearing capacity and stiffness of a greater impact.In the case of the same size of the hole,the wall opening position of the wall has a certain impact on the carrying capacity of the wall,with the hole position near the wall bearing capacity increases,and the wall hole position on the wall stiffness Larger,and with the hole position near the wall wall stiffness significantly improved.It is concluded that the wall performance is positively correlated with the area of the central area of the assembled autoclaved fly ash brick wall.④wall size of the assembly of autoclaved fly ash brick wall bearing capacity and stiffness have a greater impact in the wall height unchanged,and the span within a reasonable range,the wall width(aspect ratio The bigger the wall,the better the seismic performance.⑤The vertical pressure has great influence on the seismic capacity of the assembled autoclaved fly ash brick masonry wall,that is,the seismic capacity of the assembled autoclaved fly ash brick masonry wall increases with the vertical pressure increasing Big.
